Holds credentials as an Electrician, Master Sergeant, Board Educated Professional, and Certified Safety Inspector. After serving in the Danish Army from 1994 to 2000 as a Sergeant, Tank Commander, and Group Leader, he returned to civilian life as an electrician. In 2006, he founded the Danish Playground inspections, later establishing Nordic Playground Institute and Nordic Playground Institute Intl.
Known for his accessible leadership style, and effective management of teams spanning ten countries. Active in product safety committees such as CSA in Canada, ASTM in the USA, and CEN in Europe, he also chairs the Board Association for Playground Inspectors, he brings a global perspective to his work. Ministry of Economy, Head of the Working Group for Adopting the Rulebook on the Safety of Children's Playgrounds
ČMember of the ISS commission D083 Equipment for sports, recreation and playgrounds (CEN/TC 136, CEN/TC 217, ISO/TC 83,...). Graduated mechanical engineer with over 20 years of work experience. He built his professional career starting from working in the economy, industrial sector. After that, he gained experience as a professor at a polytechnic, and for the last 13 years he has been building the Quality Infrastructure Sector of the Ministry of Economy. He led and participated in the transfer of most of the New Approach EU directives into domestic technical legislation. He also made a personal contribution to the work of the ATS Accreditation Council, the Expert Council for the field of general standardization of the ISS. A special personal stamp is given by the initiative and affirmation of the idea of forming the Working Group of the Ministry for the adoption of the Rulebook on the safety of children's playgrounds, which he leads. The activities of the Working Group, as well as the special dedication to this area, result in Serbia being the first in the region to regulate children's safety issues on outdoor playgrounds. The next "project" he deals with is the safety of children on indoor playgrounds.
